ATTENTION: Please comment on proposed Rule Change! Under the original Contest rules the starting prices for all stocks would be set at their 12/30/11 closing prices. That would be the case even if some of the Portfolios were selected after 2012 trading began and contestants entering late could potentially select stocks already having substantial gains between 12/30/11 and the date their portfolio was submitted. Without accusing anyone of trying to get a head start by using such a strategy, I think it makes sense to set the starting price of portfolio stocks submitted after 2012 trading began at their Friday, 1/6/12 closing price. It’s a bit extra work for me, but I think it’s worth doing in the interest of fairness. Thanks for your comments. Peace & good health, Bulba
