AVNT. My guess is that Silvaco is a "1-time" non-operating charge that will be broken out on the income statement. "AVNT's fundamentals are eroding faster than ice in a desert"-help me out with some specifics- lost deals, income statement items. The CDN lawsuit is still stuck in the Appeals Court awaiting the panels decision on AVNT's appeal of the ArcCell injunction ruling. This thing is taking forever. It's been almost 2 months now. J. Costello said that it would be only a month before Aquarius was enjoined. That would have been late October. What's taking so long?
