All you are doiing is arguing. You hate liberals and Obama and look for things to say bad about them.

Well, I don't much care for wingers but at least I dislike serious things like gay bashing and racism and I don't make shit up.

Are you sure that the Center is suing a state? Or is this an issue about responsibilities between federal and state that the Supreme Court is being asked to determine. Are you suggesting that each state should have it's own immigration policy and enforcement?
