Mike sorry for late response. I dont think RNTK can accept any other offer now, as Texaco has the first right of refusal. I should have asked if RNTK gave them a time schedule. <<g>> Mark did say clearly that "We had an offer to sign now, from an international oil company for a license" You can verify this from him direct.
