I've been building a position in *Mine Safety Appliances Co.* MSA develops, manufactures, and supplies health and safety products used by workers in the fire service, homeland security, construction, and other industries, as well as the military. They are the world leader in hard hats and self contained breathing apparatus. Co. has a history of increasing their div. every year for almost 50 consecutive years. Their earnings reports detail how they are progressing on target on their multi year plan, with restructuring in Europe and expansion in Mexico, Africa and China.
