Just heard on WLS that checks to Illinois Lottery winners have been bouncing. The Lottery used the term returned.

Well, you could save the shirt for the period piece it will become....hopefully anyway. But you could make a paper copy of the front of the shirt and use it for either BB or sling shot practice.....
