One of Frank's problems is that kind of dichotomous thinking. I'm not a particular fan though a lot of my friends are. I just don't learn from his work and find myself marking up the margins with repeated "hyperbole" comments.

But the problems he picks are, in my view, exactly the right ones. That's why I keep reading him.
