Are you truly concerned at how BMI is used to measure obesity rates?? Are you alarmed that attempting to measure and understand obesity might lead to remedial solutions to the problems of ill health, suffering, and shortened life spans? What is your motivation in this apparent attack on scientists and medical researchers for identifying obesity and diabetes and considering possible causes and solutions? Is it that you have a general bias against scientists or only American scientists? Or do Republican Scientists have a different method of measuring diabetes or obesity? Do they have a different way of doing eye surgery?

Perhaps there are no Republican Scientists or Republican teachers?! That would account for the universal endorsement of evolution in educated bodies, wouldn't it?! :-)

And who is growing the corn that is making the people obese and diabetic? Is it Republicans or Democrats? Can you find out for us...please?!!
