How does Shiva's management sleep at night considering the horrid performance of the company's stock price? I would suggest that people take a look at a 1 year chart of Shiva - it looks like a "flatliner" - which in medical terms signifies a dead person with no heartbeat.

God, where is the accountability, where is the performance? What is the Board of Directors doing looking at this sorry state of affairs? Is someone listening?

I have seen other companies like Bay Networks in the networking sector fall on hard times but they quickly got their act together and rebounded. Shiva has been in the doldrums for more than a year now. On whose doorstep lies the accountability for this state of affairs?

Wall Street analysts are obviously shying away from this co like the plague. What is Shiva's management doing to address this issue and enhance shareholder value?

We have heard a lot of talk from management who think their stock is undervalued. Well, if they do not get their act together and at least start beating estimates how can Wall Street be won over?

I invite all other concerned Shiva shareholders to come together for a meaningful discussion on this issue. I think we have had enough talk from management. Its time for some action.
