Obama's constitutional precedents would allow the coming Republican President:

to bomb Iran without Congressional approval (it's only kinesthenic military action)

declare the Senate in recess and make all his appointments without Senatorial review and approval.

I like Sarah Palin as Secretary of Energy

Roy Spencer as head of NASA GISS

Anthony Watt as head of NOAA

John Bolton at the State Department

John Yoo, David Limbaugh, John Hinderaker, or Hugh Hewitt on the Supreme Court.
