I am afraid it is hopeless as well. I am seriously evaluating where in the world I would move to.

Although there is a racial component to our problems I am willing to concede that a good part of the racial issue is cultural and not purely genetic. But a bigger problem which I see as insurmountable is the division between the elite government employees and the private sector. Government employees includes all government employees and I am not counting Goldman Sachs and such in the private sector as the revolving door between those organizations and the government means they are one and the same. The group of elites has grown. They have the law makers and law enforcers on their side. Their pay and benefits is greater than the private sector. They don't play by the same rules. They put Martha Stewart in jail, where's Corzine? The percentage minorities working as government employees is far greater than their percent in the total population (did you see those stats John?)

We have reached the tipping point of no return. We will not be able to shrink government much less get equal treatment under the law. The only hope is escape.

Where is John Galt?
