<<plus getting back to traditional values This would be my response to that idea. The die is cast. We are hurtling into an unknown existential future we cannot stop. Traditional values are gone and will not return because they are not based on reality e.g. we now know females are different than people used to think (i.e. equal to men in every way) and traditional values do not account for that. We know a large number of people have varied genders along a spectrum of possibilities and this must be accounted for in a civilized society. We know so much, and knowledge is increasding so fast, we are questioning the worlds myths heretofore accepted as gospel. Traditional values will not hold up under the eye of scrutiny. We must embrace our fate and educate oruselves to meet the future head on, or we will all die. The intellectual dwarfs we have seen in the Republican party should clearly show us we cannot go back to that.
