Perhaps one of the best illustrates of constructive change is Allan Mulally of Ford. Ford restructured and is now on the road to success WITHOUT GOVERNMENT.

Santorum IMO is utterly unelectable.

SGI was a classic example of that------the 'reorganization' expert pulled a fast one. He was brought in suddenly after the first of the year as the new CEO McKenna. Promises and promises were made.

Just as he was going to have his first, and I do mean first stockholders meeting, conference, he announce the court case for bankruptcy over the weekend.

There was also a Clinton connection on that one. The head of the firm that did all of the 'reorganization' consulting was previously a part of a Clinton task force. I will never forget the woman in San Francisco who was wooed by SGI into investing-------she lost about $300,000.00 .

When a company gets a 'reorganizaton' expert in as CEO or as a major consultant, this means 'bankruptcy' for the company.

The main problem that led to the bankruptcy, aside from greed, was the company owing its soul to the creditors with the debt instruments.
