You make a good point and I agree that it usually is wiser to buy "when there is blood in the streets". The numbers for their PCS service was a mild surprise. I think their "Wave" penetration has been quite poor so far. I believe the first companies that can deliver a digital signal will have the advantage, I just can't see Roger's having the financial capacity to upgrade its whole system in a timely manner to be successful. They have to prove to the markets that they can stop their debt from increasing while at the same time show investors that they are indeed upgrading their systems fast enough. You may be right that all the uncertainty has pushed it below its intrinsic value, but I feel we may see it lower before the market moves it higher. (By the way Adaptec just unveiled a pc card for satellite delivery of data/internet that can reach speeds upto 30 mbps, ouch! exchange2000.com )

Cheers,

Paul

>>>The whole long-term uncertian outlook is what appeals to me. <<<

Has Rogers said anything about getting into the CAble Telephone
business? Motorola and Siemens just teamed up to sell equipment in
the EU.
