Seems a little optimistic to me, particularly the iPhone ASP number. The 4 represents a more compelling $99 option than the 3GS did, and now, it's much more widely available (I believe it the old $99 3GS used to be AT&T only?), and of course, there's now a free option, which probably carries a $400 wholesale price. If I had to guess, I'd say ASP will come down to $600, but of course, the COGS for the whole line will come down as well, keying the cash cow margins intact.
