the article you posted is very good, but the tables are worth looking at whether one reads the article or not. those two tables are very good to reflect upon.

Of course you can interpret what Schumpeter said that way but LBO's destroy companies from WITHIN by adding huge amounts of debt with "special compensation(s)" to the Leveraged Buyout Corporations like Bain Capital. By no stretch of the imagination did he "create jobs" as he claimed. Of course Management makes out like bandits.......but the employees get screwed. Thanks.......paul
