Yes.there are a lot of niches. After I retired from the USN went to work for my chimney sweep and about 6 months later started my own business. I have never made a bunch but that is because I only provide the services I enjoy and only work when I want to.

It is a very high margin business that has low entry costs for both education and equipment. The sweeps I know that actually work full time seem to do very well. At least they ware heavy gold chains and a lot of toys.
