Watch the insults - they aren't allowed on this thread - that is your warning. I think a case can be made that GWB did not have a successful presidency BUT he was a two term President --failures don't get re-elected. Obama knows this as did Carter.

"George Bush was the one with a failed presidency.....both 9/11 and the economic debacle occurred on his watch." The above contains an important point. If something happened on a president's watch it is fully their responsibility. If this is to be the standard - fine - then by this standard - one strongly embraced by the left - Obama is a complete and utter failure - look at what has happened on his watch. Oh - but they say - he was not responsible. Oh - but George Bush was responsible for 911 and Barney Frank? Which is it lefties - one standard for all - or simply whatever lie at the moment works best? Bob
