all the economic pundits said way back in 2008 that it could take 5 years to recover That is not what Obama claimed would happen....and I don't think it was "all" the economic pundits. Obama said on camera that if he was not able to improve things in three years, we'd be looking at a one term presidency. The administration also made projections for unemployment levels that would result from their "stimulus" package being passed. They won't be talking about those projections now since the future failed to materialize the way they sold it.
