The choices, as I see them, are as follows:

1. Stay in America and hope that the country comes to its senses.

I have 3 sons, 2 grandchildren and 2 brothers here so this is my choice. And, it may be the best choice as the pendulum seems to be turning as more and more people realize that the country has been seized by crony capitalists. The blowback the cronies are getting may undermine their power, especially if more and more people realize that the US is not the country they thought it was anymore.

2. Emigrate to a better country.

This is tough since there is a problem (not the only one) associated with this: There are very few good countries to emigrate to. But one country I like is New Zealand, if you are young and financially well-off.
