Business is a game of hardball, not softball. It was all perfectly legal and as proof, the changes the FTC requested had no effect on Intel's business because Intel wasn't breaking the law in the first place. In fact, Intel has done better, not worse while AMD has shot it's foot off. Time to get over it boys and find someone else to hate.

Do you think you can find something to talk about which involves AMD's recent successes?

Mr Guru,

Re: "But only because you hit our 'volume targets' ..."

Volume rebates are extremely useful in business and legal.

Didn't AMD offer "free" CPU's and didn't get many "takers"? Wonder why ??!!
