Early, <<I can smell the escaping gas....the question is, is that gas helium (in which case the blimp slowly sags as it descends), or is it hydrogen (and we get to see a blow-up)?>>

A hint: helium does not smell ...

Fareast.
well for years I've been telling people that Japan was going into a coma and couldn't compete.
And, told burke for almost 16 months....

He will spin on it......since no one spins as good as Burke. He makes a democrat in any election, Xlnx , MU and alike look like amateurs when it comes to spin.
I can hear it now " Japan is the king of manufacturing and they are going to kill the world and their strategy is first weaken the competition by getting them to finance a Japan bailout, then the second blow will be to drop all their prices and get the USA hooked on the herion of super low component prices, then they kill us later by raising all the pricing"

The cracking is starting in Japan.
They got serious problems and have had them since mid 80's.
I've outlined those problems s I will not bore the thread again.
