I live on the outer edge of the county same with the other 10%. And now why should they since they got the voters to ok it that I can be charged without pick up. Pretty fair don't you think ?

Here's another fair thing, as the owner of a small business I have to pay unemployment insurance on my salary but I can never file for unemployment benefits. Pretty fair don't you think ?
