Last time I checked, something like 3% of CO2 emissions are of human origin -- and that is based on likely inflated figures from the GW community, and 2/3 of that is estimated to have been present before the industrial era.

Honestly, if the planet is not capable of handling such a minor imbalance, I just don't think it is even remotely conceivable it can be stopped and we're all doomed anyway.
