Craig, if all the items you suggest are indeed FACT, than if the markets are effiecent, which I beleive, than these FACTs are already factored into the stock price. When determining the future price of this stock you make assumptions. The assumptions the market is now making is COMS will work through these issues in 6 months or less. These FACTs brought the stock down from 50. It appears to be forming a base. The longer that this area holds the better the base. If we do not move back below 30 in the next two weeks. These will be a solid base for a strong rally.

Good Luck

<Intel is agressively pursuing COMS adapter card business>
Yeah, I've been hearing this one for years. No way, Intel cannot compete with COMS in this business. In FACT, COMS has increased market share over Intel this year......Even after Intel slashed prices early this year...Intel will soon give up this pipe dream..... Just like Hewlett Packard.

Quality control is not a factor with this company. They stand behind their products better than anyone in this industry. FACT

Insider trading means nothing......

Agree on your last point, this Q is a problem, but future Q's......I'm not so sure...

Craig
I don't argue with many of your so-called facts, but your missing a key point:3Com once traded at over $80-its now at a measley $35.

FACT:THE NEGATIVE NEWS IS TOTALLY FACTORED INTO THE CURRENT PRICE!!
BOTTOM LINE:FUTURE NEWS IS LIKELY TO SURPRISE ON THE UPSIDE!!
