Great comments this morning. The only thing I can't do any research on is the corruption in Venezuela. I can only "trust" that those VLT's will be left alone and the accounting practices will be secure. I think now that most of the money will flow just fine into the appropriate hands. We'll see. Otherwise, I'm finding this company to be much easier to research than most. A lot of open individuals involved.

I posted this earlier on BOBz without any response. Any comments?

There's something I've been trying to figure out. Perhaps someone has a quick answer.

In Cojedes, does a paper numbers lottery already exist?(run by the government). Or do the VLT's represent a complete start-up
for their lottery there?

Also, how simple do you suppose the VLT's are to install? I would expect they merely need a telephone line installed. Isn't this
right? It's a bit confusing because when I travel from state to state in the U.S., I see different lottery systems. The most prevelant
on the east coast is either lottery tickets (paper) or state-wide number lotteries, usually sold over-the-counter at convenience
stores, etc. Does Cojedes already run an over-the-counter numbers lottery such as this. If so, I wonder what the revenue numbers
are. Seems we would have heard such info if such a lottery was already in place.

Another simple question. I haven't seen any of these VLT's near me (in Virginia). From all I can gather, they are walk-up vending
machines with a video display and means provided for a user to purchase his own number lottery tickets without the help of a
cashier (person). Is my understanding correct? This has been my assumption all along. Or are these just the typical lottery
registers used by sales clerks?

I figure we'll get some good info (with pictures) on these questions when the web page comes up and the LBI brochures come
out.

Some basic questions...perhaps you can set me straight.

Thank and continued good luck.
