Longhorn Solar with conjunction with Costco (yes, the giant wholesaler) and Grape Solar for the panels (model CS-P-220-DJ). The whole system after the Federal Tax credit will cost $1.50/watt DC, $1.76/watt AC. The $2.50/watt CPS energy (the local utility company) rebate program helps a lot in getting down to those prices. But I can't believe that there are not similar programs around the country by other local utilities. So the $5.20/watt in the chart must be without the rebates and tax credits.

By the way, the $2.50/watt the CPS energy is giving as a rebate is a number that I've been told the utility company SAVES by NOT have to built and operate coal plants, not to mention the savings from the pollution that comes from those plants...
