Ron asked about the proceeds Ellen, the proceeds.. you know the money that he got? What did he do with it? Since that happened there has been nothing but closing of Hialeah, no expansion, no contracts.. no expansion. Where will the $10,000,000 go? Same place, the black hole ?

Ellen, You may have discussed it, but I would sure appreciate your directing me to the pertinent posts. And I fully understand that that was a pre-reverse split number. That is what stinks. They did the placement, got the money, and the stock tanked. Then they do this 300-1 reverse split so they can do it all over again. This is my scenario. But that doesn't speak to what happened to the money from this placement. Where did it go!!!?? If they still had it, they wouldn't have to doing another placement now would they?? Answer this!!! I see you haranguing Michael Kugler. I'm now going to harangue you to answer this. And this is not meant offensively, but just to make some of you people ask some questions about how trustworthy this company's management truly is.
