At this level, 3.50 of each share you buy is cash. Imagine if National Semi really does buy OAKT...netting out cash, they would pay less than 200 million here.

It's no secret that NSM is shopping around for a company with 3D graphics technology.

Joe, I think that one of the reasons why I believe Oakt will not head above $10 by January is because of fundamental reasons.

For starters, with the migration of technology to DVD over CD rom, investors are not confident in Oakts DVD technology and or management.

I personally am very suprised that Oakt has not at least offered up some sort of sharehoolder buy back plan to generate interest in the company and stock.

The 0ther quetion that remains is, what is the confidence in management. The next couple of months will be very telling.
