I completely concur with your points about Gingrich supplying potential fodder for Obama to use against Mitt in the upcoming general election. Regarding your earlier post, your point is well taken and I completely agree. No one owes anyone else for the supposed sins of the father. One of the great ironies of the left-wing argument is that they maintain it is wrong to stereotype anyone based on race or to judge a group of people based on race. They push this view, yet they maintain that all Whites owe a debt to all Blacks. All Whites! If it's wrong to stereotype based on race and it's wrong to judge a class of people based on race, then why is it okay for all Whites to be stereotyped, condemned, and sentenced to owing all Blacks in perpetuity? As you mentioned, your ancestors were harmed by Nazis, but you have acknowledged that no one alive owes you for that. That is the right approach. No one should be held responsible for what anyone else dead or alive does. We are only responsible for ourselves and our own actions.
