I agree! In fact, I thought the same thing while listening twice to his great speech! He must live up to those words now by advancing the principles of conservatism in word and deed, and by fully rejecting and denouncing all manifestations of the left. I believe he will try and I am willing to give him the opportunity to do so. Republicans must accept that compromise with the left is no longer acceptable to conservatives. No Republican should want to compromise with a Democrat. Our only goal must be to permanently end the misguided ideas of Democrats, no matter what it takes to accomplish that. If we don't do it this time, it will be too late!
