That’s simply untrue. If you place a reasonable limit order for a foreign company whose US shares trade on the pink sheets, it will almost always get filled by the MM. This is how I acquired a sizable holding of NVS before its shares were listed on the NYSE in 2000.

Medivir actually hasn't partaken in the Hep C "froth." Been pummeled, presumably in part because of the Euro fears.
