I agree with all of you. The management should know what is going out the door and should adjust production on an ongoing basis thruout the quarter dependant on the demand. That was not done and now(we the shareholders ) are paying for it. I should have went with my gut feeling when I questioned what was going on yesterday and sold then. DANM. Anyway, could have been worse. P.S. ASND is not a good comparison. The fact was known well before the push from the 30's to 20's occured. This announcement was "out of the blue". Hey wait, maybe Big Blue would buy Micron???? Yeah They will buy MUEI

MUEI's biggest enemy in the next 45 days is
tax-loss selling and window-dressing by
institutions for the big year-end comparison.

After all, it's been a big
year for many other stocks, and I for one
would like to decrease my tax bill. With
little positive guidance from management, I
don't expect short-term advances. I'll buy
back in January. Since I figure I'm as
much joe average as anyone, others are
probably thinking like me too.

Good Investing,
Mike
