Actually, automatic update of share price stopped some where in late 2010 early 2011 and I have not bothered updating the prices.. I never download bank's statement directly and I can always manually enter latest share price it I want but if 2012 is buggy I don't want the hassles.. Mind you, they do release updates to fix the problems but it will still be frustrating if not done on a timely basis..

Only reason for me to go to 2012 would be because I don't want my installation to be too dated as far as version goes and at $ 49.99 I thought price was ok.. No other competing products out there..
