The WSJ's provides context and background to a lot of the issues buzzing around the DC circuit. Sure, they have a point of view on their opinion page, but that's not to say it isn't necessarily on target.

I thought the Bain editorial gave both the plus and the minuses of the issue although I will admit to a lack of expertise here.

What I do find here is people, in general, often like to defer to labels instead of facts--and I've been guilty of this myself.
