Supposed to be positive news out on Monday. Somrthing like this MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- MIS International Inc. (OTC BULLETIN BOARD: MISM - news) announced today the following activities. Acquisitions The company has agreed to terms and conditions with its previously announced automotive acquisition. The closing will take place March 01, 1998. The parties have agreed at the request of the seller to a news blackout until January 01. MIS has received the final documentation from the Florida-based Pretzel acquisition. MIS will be announcing a closing date for the purchase shortly. It is expected the closing can take place within 30 days. Due diligence is continuing on a 200-unit food company with locations in Canada and the United States. As well, due diligence has begun on a rapidly expanding consumer retail chain with 20 locations. Details on both potential purchases will be forthcoming.
