I can speak from experience.

When a company pays millions and millions to reorganizers, that is raiding the
treasury imo. It happens regularly.

The board of directors bring in reorganizers without telling the investors why -----within a year
or so the reorganizers and the directors reveal the truth as to why the 'specialist are brought in
to advise the company'.

As to Gingrich and others comments about Bain and Romney, I'll leave that
to them to say.
