Probably unwise to speculate on it. I don't know the details if any. My take on it is the deep pockets have it and that would go with the Rampton people as they know the ropes in that country as well as anyone. There could be adverse interest but what quality is unknown.
Anyone can file a dispute. It is not uncommon in Latin America for these things to arise. We have seen it with the recent Imataca forest constitutionality challenge in VZ with Gold Reserve. Most probably here it is staking matter. It may have already been resolved.
