Steve, Metastock has candle, 3 line break, Renko, and Kagi charting options, but it's not free. On-line discount software companies have it for a discount from list, but Metastock will match their prices if you order direct from them (the URL is just what you'd guess).

Equis software can prepare 3-line break and Kagi charts, but cost $$$ and you have to download a stock price database to use it. Check the Equis site posted above.
