That's what the Courts are for settling!

(PS, Bill... you DO KNOW, don't you, that this entire 'pro forma session' con game was invented by Senator Reid and only first used in 2007 to throw a spanner into President Bush's recess appointments? Right? You do know that don't you?)

So, knowing that... you still so sure that it's "constitutional" and that the courts will say it is?????????????
