I have been in a small Canadian company for a while, NQL drilling (NQL.A on the Toronto). They make drill motors that can be steered in all directions that are especially useful for reworking old fields, Like the other oil service stocks they got hit recently but their earnings are increasing geometrically and the stock doubled in about six months. Despite my total bearishness on almost everything else this one looks good to me--anyway, I think I'll do the buy and hold thing with it rather than taking profits and waiting for lower prices. I don't own enough to get much hurt in a recession and may pick up more if it gets cheaper. (I am also in an array of oil royalty trusts and speculative small oils--partly as calamity insurance against another oil crisis.)
