Find the internet site for your State Republican Party

There should be references to Counties, Districts etc.

With the dates for caucuses

Then start at the local level.

The other way is to go on the net and contact the candidate that
you want to support and ask them to help you get the info.

How do I go to a caucus?

The number one purpose of a caucus is to draft foot soldiers to do the grunt work of politics. Be prepared to be hectored and shamed into volunteering for phoning, envelope stuffing, etc. Maybe you'd like to do that. It could be fun.

The second purpose is to provide the illusion that you have a voice in the party. They give you plenty of opportunity to argue about planks in the platform. The platform that no candidate has ever read.

The third purpose is to elect people to do to the county, or district convention. Usually anyone who wants to can go to that. The purpose of the district convention is to elect people to go to the state convention. Odds are pretty slim that you'll make that cut. The purpose of the state convention is to pick people to go to the national convention. You have zero chance of getting there. And that's where the decisions are made.

The real reason to go to a caucus is the opportunity to meet your neighbors and sometimes you can be surprised how many of them agree with you.

Caucus locations should be listed in your local paper soon. Your county leadership will put it in.
Also go to your county's Republican website. There will be contact information on it.

Your caucus will have a listing of all registered voters in your precinct. The only ones noted as a "soft" or "hard" Republicans will be invited, usually by phone or postcard (I am planning to do both). Anyone can attend, but to speak and vote, must sign a legal statement that they are Republican. The caucus will begin at 10 AM; voting is not allowed prior to 10:30.

You will be voting for a temporary secretary (the PCO is always the chairman); delegates and alternates to the county convention; any resolutions or platform desires.

There will be time for everyone to speak and be heard.
