Al-len,

Hey you juvenile smuck... obviously you're too dense to understand my point. And my point was that 144 stock, while certainly better than Reg S, can still be abused.

TPRO has been around since 1972, and have had a number of people literally crawling up their butts from major institutional houses doing their diligence on the company. I don't see anyone inviting RMIL to any industry conferences in the water bottling sector.

144 restricted stock is the preferred manner of doing equity placements. But 144 stock is only restricted for 12 months. Do you know when the restricted status expires for all of these 144 shares?? That could prove very important in the scenario.

Also TPRO hasn't had the SEC poking around its doors talking to corporate management.

thus, there lies the difference. And if you folks choose to disrupt someone elses thread with your snivel while not adding anything substantive, I say go ahead. Those folks over there will chew you up, spit you out, and smear you all over with the level of their knowledge and credibility.

What do you have to offer in exchange?? A psychic.

And RileyG... you may or may not be good at what you do... However, you will never escape the perception that is being created a psychic is ringleading this circus. It doesn't play well with the SEC or the Wall St. Journal.

Now if the Amazing Randy was involved, I would grant you more credibility.

Regards,

Ron
