I would say Jonathan Bernstein, the Huffington Post and you yourself (for posting such irrelevant drivel) need a civics course. It's the SENATE, not the House, that needs to be in recess for a recess appointment to be legal. You folks, in your zeal to show how stupid some republican congresswoman is, instead showed just how stupid you are. lol (Edit: I now see that others have made this point to you.
