This problem started when the Teachers Union took over the public schools. The people are just too stupid to vote for the right people, they are clueless

IMO Obama was the person with the opportunity to be the fiscal savior of the nation. As it took a Republican to go to China a Democrat would be most able to go to entitlements.

Sadly - Obama simply turned the treasury to his cronies. Obama was not an agent of change other than who and how fast the treasury was looted. Obama's election was a call for looters that was well answered.
