Of course you do not want to pursue this line of discussion. Remember, the discussion is about why scientists do not vote Republican (6%) and 80% lean Democratic and 51% are liberal. Your theory is that it is because they want grants. Which you must know is silly and cannot defend. My theory is that it is because Republicans, most often, do not believe in scientific findings, like evolution, and as every scientist believes in evolution, they consider Republicans absurd. << koan, I do not want to pursue this line of nonsense further except to try to educate you as to what an architect is/does. Essentially an architect is an engineer that designs a building. Of course that is a detail of the real world. And with that bit of enlightenment to your incomplete education I will bid this subject an adieu.
