Amerihell...er Ameritrade does have a flat rate for shares no limit....the max fee is $23 for live broker with limit can do bb but not over the net.....that said I still have problems with them.....

Isreal,

Try National Discount Brokers, I think it was Brad that said they are 19.75 for any amount of shares.

I am going to setup with them myself I think need to go to their site and check on things but have not had time.
