Well, yes, of course the dollar has been weakened over the past few years. There has been extremely diminished economic activity that has lowered the demand for the dollar while increasing the demand for Asian currencies and the Euro. The Euro is now weakening due to lowered economic activity in that zone.

But the weakened dollar has nothing to do with govt manipulation.
