That would have been Al Davis, but he died. I remember a Super Bowl back in the 80s maybe where the Raiders won while Davis was in the middle of a lawsuit against the league. I think he and Pete Rozelle managed to be polite to each other at the trophy presentation, though. Davis was pretty fearless about employing headcases that couldn't fit in anywhere else.
