I've had an idea for when we get to where we have some control over gravity. A spaceship that "accepts" and amplifies the gravity in the direction it wants to go, and "cancels" and reverses the gravity opposite that direction.

re...A physicist Henning Genz, in a book called "Nothiningness" about vacuums, thinks what is going on is that as the universe gets larger, the vacuum energy increases to the point it becomes stronger than gravity caused by matter ........................................................... If I remember correctly.. Steven Hawking..said something quite similar
